An ad that read 'Don't forget your stab vest' was rejected by London's transport system a day before ten people were stabbed on a London-bound train. Two men were arrested after armed officers entered train, in what UK PM Keir Starmer called an "appalling incident". One suspect waving a large knife was tasered by police, an eyewitness said.
