The Supreme Court has directed the constitution of Delhi Ridge Management Board (DRMB) as a single-window authority for the protection of Delhi Ridge, which is widely known as the “Green Lungs” of the city. The Court remarked that the Ridge acts as the green lungs of the city, especially in the present conditions of increased pollution.
