Tarun, a 25-year-old UPSC aspirant from Jammu, was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his room in central Delhi's Old Rajinder Nagar, police said on Sunday. A suicide note was recovered from the spot, police said. The incident came to light when his father couldn't reach him, following which he asked the house owner to check on him.
