At least 27 people, including 8 children, were killed after a tourist boat capsized due to stormy weather in Vietnam's Ha Long Bay on Saturday, Reuters reported, citing state media. The boat was carrying at least 53 people and it tipped over at around 2 pm local time, reports said. At least 23 people are reportedly missing.
