Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju said that 51 political parties and independent MPs will participate in the monsoon session of Parliament, which begins on July 21. The all-party pre-monsoon session meeting held on Sunday saw constructive participation, he said, adding that the representatives highlighted the issues their parties wished to raise during the session.
