Accenture has started calling its nearly 8 lakh employees "reinventors" as the company moves towards adapting itself to AI, Financial Times reported. The label, which is already being used by the CEO, was reportedly introduced following a major reorganisation. "Jargon is used...to signal expertise or relevance without having to invest in underlying competencies and knowledge," an expert said.
