Union Minister Chirag Paswan reacted to crime incidents happening in Bihar and said that accountability and responsibility must be fixed so that such incidents don't happen in future. "Such an environment has been created in the state that investors are scared to come here," he added. The way a murder took place inside a hospital cannot be justified, he said.
