A Booth Level Officer (BLO), Dineshkumar Raval, died of heart attack in Gujarat's Mehsana district. His family said he died while doing the mandatory online uploading work for SIR exercise. Raval served as principal of a government school. Days earlier, a school teacher had died by suicide, blaming "mental stress and exhaustion" from SIR work in his suicide note.
