The Indian Army announced that it will fully sponsor the education of a 10-year-old boy who supplied milk, lassi, tea and ice to soldiers deployed on the border during Operation Sindoor in Punjab. Class 4 student Svarn Singh supported soldiers stationed on his family's farmland. He was earlier felicitated with a memento, special meal, and his favourite treat, ice cream.
