US-based Astronomer replied over 24 hours after its CEO Andy Byron was caught cheating with HR head Kristin Cabot at a Coldplay concert because the two senior executives are negotiating an exit, Axios reported. The delay was due to "Byron's slow resignation and exit package negotiations", Axios said, quoting a source. Astronomer has placed Byron on leave following the incident.
