Advocate Bharat Bhushan, coordinator of the Devbhoomi Sangharsh Samiti, filed a complaint with the police after a banner showing Lord Ram pointing an arrow at a garbage heap appeared near the Himachal Pradesh Secretariat in Chotta Shimla. He alleged that the banner erected by the Shimla Municipal Corporation insults the deity and is offensive to Hindu religious sentiments.
