Before the blast near Red Fort, Muzaffar Ahmad Rather, a 33-year-old paediatrician who was part of the terror module, fled to Afghanistan in mid-August, ThePrint reported. The module involving doctors was planning the largest terror attack on India since 1993. Muzaffar is believed to be the elder brother of Dr Adeel Ahmad Rather, from whose locker a gun was recovered.
