Bihar ADGP Kundan Krishnan has apologised over remark linking crimes in state with farmers and stated his remark was reported in a "distorted manner". "I'd never intended to say that farmers...had anything to do with crime," he stated. Krishnan, earlier this week, said crime incidents increase in months of April to June "because farmers don't have work" during that period.
