BJP spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari alleged that Bihar's economy crawled during the Congress and RJD regimes. He shared the data, which showed that Bihar lagged behind India's average GDP growth by 1.16% during Congress' rule (1981-1990) and 1.65% during RJD's rule (1991-2005). On the other hand, he claimed that Bihar outpaced India's average GDP growth by 0.49% during 2006-24 (post-RJD era).
