BJP spokesperson Tuhin Sinha hit out at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, calling his speeches "full of despondency and frustration". Responding to Rahul's remarks on PM Modi, Sinha said the Congress has been a "nonentity" in Bihar for three decades and "can't cross double digits in vote share without the crutches of RJD".
