BSNL will install 10,000 new 4G towers in New Delhi under a 10-year OpEx model, using only trusted products approved by the National Security Council Secretariat. The project requires consortiums with a ₹300 crore turnover. BSNL plans to upgrade all 4G towers to 5G in 8 months and may scale the OpEx model nationwide if successful.
