The consumer commission in Gujarat's Vadodara has ordered Kabir's Kitchen Cafe Gallery to pay ₹5,000 for mental harassment and ₹2,000 as legal costs to a man who was charged ₹41 for a ₹20 water bottle in 2017. The menu listed the bottle at ₹39, ₹19 more than the MRP of ₹20, and with the service charge, it cost him ₹41.
