CIDCO has fast-tracked development of the 100-hectare International Educity at Kundevahal, Panvel, under its Centre of Excellence project. The Educity aims to create a global-standard hub for education, healthcare, sports and skilling. Land-leveling and e-tendering are in progress, with major roadworks underway. The project will enable Navi Mumbai to emerge as a major global education destination.
