Union Minister Giriraj Singh on Saturday said that a conspiracy has begun to tarnish the reputation of the Bihar government and CM Nitish Kumar due to the upcoming elections. "Today, no one can claim that the Chief Minister or any minister is protecting any criminal," Singh said while speaking about the law and order situation in the state.
