Delhi and Mumbai airports could hike user development fees by up to 22%, the ET reported. This comes after a Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal ruling recalibrated tariff-setting methodology for the 2009-2014 period, creating a scenario where both airports owe over ₹50,000 crore in under-recovered charges. The ruling has reportedly been challenged in Supreme Court.
