Delhi Cabinet has approved an ordinance on regulating school fees on Tuesday, Education Minister Ashish Sood announced. "This is a day of happiness for parents whose children study in private schools. It'll take the form of a law," Sood said. The ordinance proposes 3-tier mechanism to manage disputes and prevents schools from penalising students for unpaid fees.
