Delhi HC extended the stay on trial court proceedings in the National Herald case involving Sonia and Rahul Gandhi. The court has scheduled the next hearing for July 28 where both sides are required to submit a written submissions on the plea. Petitioner Subramanian Swamy has said that there should not be any stay on the investigation in the case.
