The Delhi government's Excise department raided the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) liquor vend at a mall in Narela. Four employees were caught mixing and refilling cheap liquor and water in the empty bottles of costly brands, an officer said. "They used to purchase bottles from scrap dealers...passing them off as...high-priced liquor," the officer added.
