Following the Red Fort car blast, the father of one of the deceased said it's still unclear whether it was a terror attack. Jagdish Kataria said his son, Amar Kataria, who ran a shop in Bhagirath Palace, was likely waiting for a taxi when the blast occurred. "We identified him from his tattoo and a chain and earring," he said.
