Taking an apparent dig over electricity crisis in Bihar, UP Minister and BJP leader AK Sharma said electricity in Bihar will be free only when it will be supplied. This comes after Bihar government on Thursday announced that electricity will be free for upto 125 units. Notably, Bihar will go to polls later this year.
