Excel Realty N Infra Ltd proposes increasing its Authorised Capital from ₹500 crore to ₹7,500 crore, shares of ₹1 each. The firm plans a name change to “Landsmill Green Energies Ltd” and a shift toward renewable energy like solar, wind, hydro, and green hydrogen along with global EPC(Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and O&M (Operations and Maintenance) operations.
