The fact-check unit of PIB cautioned against a fake video of North Delhi DCP Raja Banthia saying the car blast near Red Fort was not a terrorist act. The Union Cabinet on Wednesday declared the blast a terror incident, perpetrated by anti-national forces. Cabinet assured that the perpetrators, their collaborators, and their sponsors would be brought to justice without delay.
