Fauja Singh, the world's oldest marathoner, was cremated with full state honours in his native village in Jalandhar, Beas, on Sunday. Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, and Minister Mohinder Bhagat attended the funeral. Known as 'Turbaned Tornado', he died aged 114 after being hit by a Fortuner near his village.
