A passenger missed his flight from the Kempegowda International Airport despite arriving nearly 2.5 hours before the departure. A video showed the airport staff engaging in a heated argument with the passenger. The passenger can be heard saying that the staff member wouldn't allow him to board even though he was ready to pay for 4kg additional baggage allowance.
