Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) protested at the NMC office in New Delhi over a 1-2 year delay in issuing eligibility certificates, required for FMGE and internships. The All FMGs Association (AFA) blamed NMC for 'systemic failure' and urged Health Minister JP Nadda to intervene and resolve the issue affecting hundreds of students, mainly from the Philippines.
