Actress Freida Pinto will play a leading role in the Netflix series 'Unaccustomed Earth', which is an adaptation of Indian-origin US-based author Jhumpa Lahiri's short story collection of the same title. It will be directed by Emmy winner John Wells, while Ritesh Batra will reportedly helm the first two episodes. Madhuri Shekar is the writer and executive-producer of the show.
