Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell has opted not to put his name in the IPL 2026 auction, ESPNcricinfo reported. Maxwell was bought by PBKS in the IPL 2025 mega auction for ₹4.2 crore. He had sustained a fractured finger midway through IPL 2025 as was replaced by Mitchell Owen. Maxwell has scored 100 runs in his last 15 IPL innings.
