HDFC Bank has announced its first-ever 1:1 bonus share issue and a special interim dividend of ₹5 per share. The record date for the bonus is August 27, 2025, and July 25, 2025, for the dividend. Alongside, the bank reported a 12 percent rise in Q1FY26 net profit, reaching ₹18,155 crore, with healthy growth in interest income.
