Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA) between India and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), comprising Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland, will take effect from October 1, Union Minister Piyush Goyal said. Signed in March 2024, TEPA is committed to attracting $100 billion in FDI into India over next 15 years. It will also generate 1 million jobs in India.
