India is fast-tracking the delivery of the X-Guard fibre-optic towed decoy system for its Rafale fleet from Israel’s Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. The reusable decoy mimics a fighter jet’s radar signature, effectively diverting incoming air-to-air and surface-to-air missiles away from the aircraft. It is fully integrated with the Rafale's electronic warfare suite.
