Maj Gen Sudhakar Jee (Retd) invoked Henry Kissinger's guerrilla warfare logic to highlight why biological attacks are India's most difficult threat to detect and deter. He warned that bio-warfare could target key individuals across government, media, judiciary, and critical sectors like nuclear, cyber, AI, robotics and energy, urging India to prepare and prevent such attacks before they occur.
