Indian Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi has embarked on a six-day visit to the United States to strengthen maritime cooperation and bolster the India - US defence partnership. He will meet senior naval officials, including the Indo-Pacific and Pacific Fleet commanders, and witness the Malabar naval exercise, which involves India, Japan, Australia, and the US.
