Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has said that the UN Security Council's decision to appoint Pakistan as the vice-chair of its anti-terror panel was like "asking the cat to protect the milk". "The surprising thing is that this panel was formed after the 9/11 attacks...It is not hidden from anyone that Pakistan had sheltered the mastermind of that attack," he added.
