Predictive marketplace Kalshi raised $1B at an $11B valuation in its third funding round this year, led by Paradigm with backing from major VCs. The valuation reportedly makes co-founders Mansour and Luana Lopes Lara paper billionaires. The New York Times says Kalshi is also exploring expansion, including a potential partnership with CNN to boost mainstream adoption.
