A physically disabled trader narrowly escaped a kidnapping attempt by two youths on Monday evening in Punjab's Nangal. The police have registered an FIR under Sections 140(4) and 3(5) of the BNS at Nangal police station. According to police, the accused, both wrestlers who had come to participate in a competition, committed the crime under the influence of liquor.
