Businessman Samir Modi, Lalit Modi's brother, is now formally charged in rape case filed by one of his employees in southeast Delhi's New Friends Colony. The complaint accuses him of repeated sexual assault under promises of promotion and better jobs. After returning from abroad he was arrested and later released on bail. Delhi Police has submitted chargesheet to Saket court.
