A man in Karnataka's Vijayapura was held captive and chained to an iron pole by two men over non-payment of a ₹20,000 loan. The accused reportedly picked up the man on a motorbike and brought him to the village on Friday. They chained his leg in front of a local shop and held him there from early morning until 4 p.m.
