"In less than a year, [Bezos] went from pencil-neck geek to The Rock (Dwayne Johnson)," Musk joked as Rogan noted Bezos looks "jacked" and likely takes testosterone supplements. "[Bezos'] neck got bigger than his head...His neck used to look like a noodle," Musk added.
