The Mumbai Police's Anti-Narcotics Cell has carried out a major operation against an international drug syndicate allegedly linked to underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. During the probe, names of several Bollywood celebrities and politicians surfaced. According to official sources, Dawood's close aide Mohammed Salman Safi Sheikh has been deported from Dubai to India in connection with the syndicate.
