BJP National Spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla expressed confidence in winning as counting of votes for Maharashtra and Jharkhand Assembly elections began on Saturday. "In both the places, NDA is going to form its government," he said. "The way questions are being raised on EVM even before the results...it's clear that (INDIA bloc) have already started worrying about their defeat," he added.
