A journalist was swept away by strong currents during a live broadcast near Chahan Dam in Rawalpindi, as floodwaters continue to wreak havoc across parts of Pakistan. The incident has gone viral on social media. Since late June, 159 people lost their lives in Pakistan with 63 people dying in a single day in the country's Punjab province.
