Pankaj Tripathi's mother, Hemwanti Devi, passed away on Friday at their ancestral home in Bihar's Gopalganj. "She was 89 years old and had been unwell for some time. She passed away peacefully in her sleep," the family statement read. Tripathi and her other loved ones were by her side during her final moments. The cremation took place on Saturday.
