Amid language row in Maharashtra, a PIL has been filed in Bombay High Court against MNS chief Raj Thackeray for allegedly inciting "violence against Hindi-speaking people and language-based hatred". The plea, filed by Advocate Ghanshyam Upadhyay, seeks an FIR against Thackeray and his party workers. PIL filed after multiple alleged assaults on individuals over not speaking Marathi.
