The Federation of Indian Pilots (FIP) has issued notice to Western media outlets Wall Street Journal and Reuters, after their reports blamed pilot error for the Air India plane crash. The federation has demanded an apology too. "The publication of speculative content...has caused irreparable harm to the reputation of the deceased pilots, who are unable to defend themselves," FIP said.
