Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked the people of Bihar as trends showed the NDA winning over 200 seats in the 243-seat Assembly. He said, "This is the victory of good governance, development and public welfare." He also expressed gratitude to NDA workers and congratulated CM Nitish Kumar and NDA allies Chirag Paswan, Jitan Ram Manjhi and Upendra Kushwaha.
